At Highland Park Community School we pride ourselves on our parent outreach. We understand that parents are a key role in a child’s success and that their involvement in the educational process is essential. As the wise African proverb says, “It takes a village to raise a child.”

In an effort to help parents be more actively involved and informed with what is happening in our school community, we offer several parent workshops throughout the year.

Parent Teacher Home Visits

What if the most important adults in a child’s life were on the same page, working together toward the student’s success? Parent Teacher Home Visits build relationships, skills, and engagement for families, educators, and students.

Our goal this year is to visit every family at home at least once.

We would like to meet with you to learn more about your child’s hopes and dreams.
